Juan Garaycoechea

Juan Garaycoechea is a group leader at the Hubrecht Institute, where he leads an independent research program focused on understanding the origins and consequences of endogenous DNA damage. His work centres on the molecular mechanisms that generate DNA lesions during normal cellular processes and how these insults contribute to mutagenesis, genome instability, and disease.
