Alberto Guerra

Alberto Guerra is a fourth-year fellow physician in paediatric oncology and a laboratory-based postdoctoral scientist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in the laboratory of Dr. Yael Mossé. His research focuses on the development of novel immunotherapy platforms for paediatric solid tumours with the goal of improving treatment outcomes and reducing treatment-related morbidities. He is developing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and modulated cellular therapy platforms targeting anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) for neuroblastoma and fusion-positive rhabdomyosarcoma. He is driven to translate these therapeutics into the clinic to improve the standard of care for these patient populations.
